FAQ or Frequently Asked Questions, it’s a helpful list with the most common questions about the rules of the Vandals on Holidays service.

What size am I?

How much is shipping?

Please refer to our Delivery Information here.

Shipping is based on weight and country.

Shipping costs for Spanish and Portuguese customers are fixed in 7€ certified mail.

Shipping costs for customers outside Spain for orders under 500gr (about 1-2 tees) starts at 9€ certified mail.

To find out how much shipping is for your specific order, add the items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You won’t need to enter your billing info or place your order to find out the shipping cost. Just enter your shipping address during the first step of the checkout process, then proceed to the second step of the checkout process to see the different shipping options and prices.

Shipping options and prices will vary based on the items you have in your cart. Add or remove items and follow the same steps to determine the new shipping price

How can I pay?

We accept payment by bank transfer (buyers must pay any applicable fees), Paypal and credit cards.

How secure are my personal details?

Vandals on Holidays value your privacy & confidentiality. Under no circumstances we will share our buyer’s information with a third part without prior consent.

How secure is my data when paying online?

The credit card data encryption is insured by SystemPay, the banking software used on online retail sites. Concerning the payments made via Paypal (with or without a Paypal account), this is just the most secure and the most used payment platform in the world, with more than 220 million accounts worldwide.

I don't live in Spain, can I order from your site?

Of course! We ship worldwide!

How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?

Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch every order within 24 hours (Monday – Friday, excluding Bank Holidays).

Can I place an order for delivery tomorrow?

Subject to stock availability orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday, 9am – 18pm (excluding Bank Holidays). Within these hours, we can offer a scheduled next working day delivery (Spain-Portugal only)

If your order is urgently required then please contact us. This will allow us to prioritize your order if we need to.

Saturday courier delivery is available on request, however there is a surcharge  for this service, so please contact us to arrange this for you.

Can I add extra items after I have placed my order?

We’re really quick at packing your order up which means we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method.

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead.

You can contact us but it is not always possible for us to add to or amend your order.

My order has not arrived yet, what should I do?

A tracking number will be provided once processed.

Spanish and Portuguese orders, are delivered in 1-4 working days. European orders, within a week and overseas orders over 2 weeks. If you don’t receive your order in this time then please track your parcel using your tracking number, it is possible that your order is being held at your nearest post office, awaiting collection.

Taking care of my t-shirt

T-shirts are 100% cotton so it’s necessary to take care of them in order to keep the quality of the cotton fiber and the print.

-Wash inside out with cold water with similar colors using a gentle cycle.

-If ironing is necessary, iron inside-out on the lowest setting.

-Tumble dry low or hang-dry.

-Avoid using bleach and do not dry clean.
