Returns & Exchanges Policy

Vandals on Holidays aims to satisfy every customer. If you are not pleased with your order for any reason, merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the date shown on your dispatch note.

We will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and all labels and tags are attached.

– Please email us to info@vandalsonholidays.com to inform us of the return.

– Repack your item(s) without removing any label or hangtag. Must come in the original conditions with all tags and package for inspection.

– Return the package using certificate post to obtain a proof of postage from de Post Office.

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.

– We will send the replaced item(s) with no extra charge.

– In case of redemption, the total amount of the item(s) will be returned, except shipping charges that are your responsibility.

– If you have received by error a different product than the one requested, VOH will assume shipping charges of replacement.
